| Project & Programme Management Forum
This event is now fully booked up.
The forum is a network of peers who are responsible for implementing project and programme management (PPM) approaches in their councils. The events are organised by the PPM Steering Group, which includes representatives from Barking and Dagenham, Camden, Greenwich, Hackney, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon, Kensington & Chelsea, Redbridge, Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest and London Connects.
The forum has been holding bi-annual events to raise awareness and promote the discipline of project and programme management. The next event will be held in Waltham Forest on Friday 14th March 2008. The agenda is based on feedback received from previous forum events and will be most relevant to you if you are involved in developing project and programme management capacity in your authority, ensuring consistency and good practice across all or part of your council.
The group has an online home at http://www.communities.idea.gov.uk/home.do - in the London Programme and Project Management Forum.
Places are limited to 100 and deadline for booking will be Friday 07 March 2008. A draft agenda will be attached here shortly.
We look forward to seeing you in March. Please contact fernan.rodriguez@walthamforest.gov.uk (020 8496 3625) about practical issues or if you have any questions.
