Plenary for the Customer Services for London Group.

We have an agenda full of items of particular interest to customer services.  Speakers include:

          o Ian Law, Contact Council Chair, Transformational Government, The Cabinet Office
          o Dan Hollas of LB Southwark talking about Southwark's shared services repairs centre.
          o Claire Symonds, Service Head, Customer Access, Tower Hamlets

 

We have also squeezed in some time to outline our plans for 2008/9 and to get your views, so please be prepared to say what you would like from the CSLG

As always, there will be plenty of opportunities for networking over coffee or lunch.
