The Project and Programme Management (PPM) forum is a network of peers who are responsible for council-wide approaches to project and programme management.  The steering group includes representatives from the boroughs of Hillingdon, Harrow, Redbridge, Waltham Forest, Havering, Lambeth and Kensington and Chelsea.  The forum will be most relevant if you have role in capacity development or ensuring consistency and good practice across all or part of a council.
